Ipswich Housing Partnership

About Ipswich Housing Partnership
The Ipswich Housing Partnership's (IHP) goal is to support the diversity of the town's population through the creation, preservation and improvement of housing that's affordable to low and moderate income individuals and families.

IHP is a policy-making body that initiates programs, reviews applications for assistance from income-qualified families and individuals, makes recommendations to the Town’s Planning Board on a variety of housing matters, and acts as an adviser to the Ipswich Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board and the Ipswich Planning Board. IHP members are approved by the Town Manager.
