On August 17, 2020 Hancock Associates submitted additional revised plans dated 8.14.2020 . and a updated Storm-water Report August 2020
In June, 2020, the Ipswich Zoning Board of Appeals received a revised application for the "Essex Pastures" 40B development proposal at 26-44 County Road. The June 7 letter below describes changes made since the last set of plans. The "Essex Pastures ZBA Presentation" shows slides that were presented by the applicant at the ZBA’s July 16, 2020 meeting.

The ZBA will be contracting with professionals to complete a peer review of these plans and all peer review documents will be posted for the public as they become available.
