The event will recognize the private and public partnership between the Town of Ipswich, the Ipswich River Watershed Association, Essex County Greenbelt Association, and the developers of the Residences at Riverbend, who worked together to establish public access to the Ipswich River and permanent land protection as part of the development project at 149 County Road.
