On February 29, 2016, the Mandatory Pre-Filing Checklist was revised. There are now separate forms for RDAs filings, versus NOI, ANOI and ANRAD filings. This is intended to reduce confusion over the different submittal requirements, such as abutter notifications. In addition, the Conservation Office has created a simplified RDA instruction sheet to aid homeowner applicants and others new to the permitting process, and uploaded the Commission's Abutter Notification procedure and local Abutter list form. All of these materials may be found on the Conservation Office's web site, under Forms. These forms are effective immediately and must be used for all filings until further notice..
