[ARCHIVED] Ipswich’s Community Septic Management Betterment Program

The Town of Ipswich’s Community Septic Management Betterment Program can provide financial assistance to homeowners for the upgrade or repair their septic systems . The loan is provided at a two (2%) interest rate for a period of up to 18 years.  There is no credit check required, although all municipal accounts must be up to date. In order to be eligible you must be an Ipswich homeowner who has a septic system that has failed an Official Title 5 Inspection conducted by an Ipswich permitted System Inspector.  A septic design approved by the Board of Health is needed before you can apply for a Betterment Loan.
