Property
owners who want to exclude their property from the application of pesticides,such as spraying for mosquito control, must notify the Town Clerk in writing before
March 1, 2017. You need to send a certified letter providing the name,address, telephone number of the property owner and define the programs from
which exclusion is requested; larviciding and/or adulticiding.
Exclusions received prior to March 1 of each year and shall be
effective from April 1 of that year through March 31 of the following year.
