[ARCHIVED] Administrative Changes in the Conservation Office. CORRECTION

CORRECTION - The number of copies required for filings has changed. You now must submit an original and 2 copies of all 8 ½ by 11” documents, and an original and 6 copies of all documents larger than 8 ½ by 11”.  Previously an original plus 1 copy was required for documents 8 1/2 by 11", and an original plus 8 copies was required for larger documents. This change, which decreases the total umber of copies, is effective immediately. Consequently, I have updated the Mandatory Pre-Filing Checklists. These and all other state and local forms can be found on our website at http://www.ipswichma.gov/257/Forms. Please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date forms by checking the website before each filing.

The filing deadline for requesting a Certificate of Compliance or a Minor Modification to an Order of Conditions has changed. As was previously the case, the filing deadline for these filings is now the same as for a new filing (generally 2 weeks before a meeting). The attempt in 2015 to shorter time between the filing deadline and the meeting did not allow sufficient time for staff to review the documents. This change, which reestablishes a previously long-standing deadline, is effective also immediately. Filling deadlines can be found on our website at http://www.ipswichma.gov/DocumentCenter/View/3456.
