The Ipswich Board of Health has scheduled its flu vaccine clinic for Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Council on Aging Cafeteria, Town Hall, 25 Green Street, Ipswich.
The influenza vaccine is available to individuals over 50 years of age, pregnant women and individuals 19 years of age and older with chronic medical conditions.
The vaccine is free of charge but please remember to bring your insurance cards. Wear clothes with short or loose fitting sleeves to the clinic.
