LEGAL NOTICE

Proposed Revisions to Wetlands Protection By-Law Regulations 

Public Hearing, January 3, 2018

at the conclusion of the regular Conservation Commission meeting (commencing at 7:00 PM)

Meeting Room A, Town Hall, 25 Green Street, Ipswich, MA

The Ipswich Conservation Commission, acting pursuant to Chapter IV, Section 6 of the General Bylaws of Ipswich as amended, proposes to amend its Wetlands Protection By-law Rules and Regulations. These proposed changes include:

  • Required information to be submitted,
  • Required number of copies to be submitted,
  • Methods for monumenting the No-Disturbance Zone,
  • Fees.
