The Ipswich Affordable Housing Partnership and the Affordable
Housing Trust Fund have a zero-interest loan program that will provide funds for
home repairs. If your income is in the
moderate to low range, you may qualify for a loan that doesn’t have to be paid
back until you sell or re-finance your home. There are no monthly payments.
These loans are designed to help owners keep their homes in a
safe and livable condition. And we
recognize that this is especially important to seniors who otherwise might have
to leave their homes when faced with expensive repairs they can’t afford. Veterans and handicapped homeowners are
especially encouraged to apply.
