Maximum Occupancy:  150 standing; 100 chairs only; 70 tables & chairs

This room is used primarily by Town committees and boards who have precedence in booking; i.e., Board of Selectmen, Finance Committee, Planning Department, Conservation Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Shellfish Advisory.   Upon arrangement with ICAM, the room has the capability of being televised on the cable station.   The room has an in-place projector, screen, and microphones.   Use of the microphones is for events being aired by ICAM only.  

There isn't technical assistance available for this room, please be prepared with all audio visual equipment needed and have familiarity on how to use.

PLEASE NOTE: Moving forward all GROUP TRAININGS need to park in the Ascension Church Parking lot on County Road (or street parking) but we ask that anyone attending the group trainings do not park in the Town Hall Parking Lot to save space for our Council-on-Aging visitors.
