Maximum Occupancy:  200 standing; 140 chairs only, 80 tables & chairs

Bookings for the Cafeteria area only are available for meetings and activities after 4:00 p.m. weekdays and after the Council on Aging activities scheduled that day.   The kitchen may be used with permission of the COA Director and/or the Town Manager.    Tables and chairs within that area may be used.

Please use "Event Details" section for all Room Set Up Needs while reserving (how many chairs and tables needed, audience space, etc.)
