Maximum Occupancy:  130 standing; 90 chairs only; 40 tables & chairs

This meeting room is dedicated primarily to Town use.  The Emergency Management Group has precedence and right to bump other bookings.   Effort will be made to find another meeting space should this occur.

PLEASE NOTE: Moving forward all GROUP TRAININGS during normal business hours need to park in the Ascension Church Parking lot on County Road (or street parking) but we ask that anyone attending the group trainings do not park in the Town Hall Parking Lot to save space for our Council-on-Aging visitors.  

Please use "Event Details" section for all Room Set Up Needs while reserving (how many chairs and tables needed, audience space, etc.)
