Meeting Room C (Upper Level)

Maximum Occupancy:  75 standing; 50 chairs only; 40 tables & chairs

This is the most popular meeting space and can accommodate up to 50 chairs.   It has a screen and a long conference table.   More tables are available for setup if needed.   It is a carpeted area, so food is discouraged in this meeting area.    There is a projection screen and a ceiling mounted projector available in this room.

There isn't technical assistance available for this room, please be prepared with all audio visual equipment needed and have familiarity on how to use.

PLEASE NOTE: Moving forward all GROUP TRAININGS need to park in the Ascension Church Parking lot on County Road (or street parking) but we ask that anyone attending the group trainings do not park in the Town Hall Parking Lot to save space for our Council-on-Aging visitors.  

Please use "Event Details" section for all Room Set Up Needs while reserving (how many chairs and tables needed, audience space, etc.)
